My project “all caps” is all about the separation that everyone endures between their digital and physical self. More often than not, I feel like my digital representation, or avatar if you will, is insatiable: Always beckoning for more and more of who I actually am, until I’m reduced to a couple of digits in code. There’s always a few pleasurable dopamine hits that call us back to the internet referenced in “PROJECTIONS”. However, for the most part, the digital self has a choke hold over the physical for better or worse, as seen through the journey of this project. This self-produced EP takes inspiration from some of my favorite artists like Lorde and FKA Twigs.

1- GEMINI | Abstract pop tune sharing the dichotomy of a person and their digital self.
2- JOINT BANK ACCOUNT | Indie pop breakdown of a connection that’s no longer present in the physical world, but still exists in the digital realm.
3- GONE SOUR | Experimental journey through a dissolution of a relationship.
4- GROUNDHOG DAY | Electropop song depicting an artist’s frustrations with the current monotony, but also the future that lays ahead of them.
5- PROJECTIONS | Fiery, dreampop tune celebrating feelings of unbridled euphoria.
6- ALL THE VOICES IN MY HEAD | A final, weary acceptance of one’s self in the digital world and all of the associated feelings that come with it.
